Yes they are water-slide. Not stickers. Transparent film, bright white printing.

are these decals movie accurate? I dont remember all the AF insignias....however, the 001 def belongs on the left shoulder

Yes Nick, they are accurate. Here are some reference photos.
The AF47 decal on the left shoulder isn't there when War Machine is first introduced on stage,
but it is there later, and then remains until the end of the film. (oops!)
