No thread for this guy yet, is there much love for him here? Being a straight repaint of the IP isn't ideal for those who already have that on order of course. I liked the Iron Patriot pose and sculpt, but I'm not a huge fan of the IP's look so never did order it, this one then is great news IMO, same great pose with a better looking paint job. Maybe this guy is the reason that one had no NRD initially? Those that choose to do so can easily cancel and swap their order over to this one. I do think a Swap out Gatling gun would be a great inclusion and would help to make it stand out mind...

Dark scale would probably make it look great. Would be a nice contrast to 42. I dont like IP, as I prefer a more comic book version.

Even if they did a mirror image of the same sculpt would be better. Tough choice between IP and WM. The colors of IP look much better and the pose suits him more. WM I picture all weaponized and in a more aggressive stance.

Hell no. The Planet Hulk is miles better than any of them or all 3 combined.

Anyway, I don't think it's a good comparison since all these IM previews are of all different Mark suits whereas the 3 Hulk statues are all of the same character in the same clothing, just variant colors. The exception is that WM Mark II I guess but I'll be shocked if Sideshow sticks to doing a variant of the IP for that product.

Yea, IP looks nice IMO. I do like the original WM for the original colors....don't need this one. IP will go perfectly with mark 42.

Yes, I know. But what does that have to do with having the same pose on 2 high end collectible statues?

I do hope they would do something before release to make them look different from one another. I will consider buying this piece if they do, if not I guess its money saved. I don't want two statues with the same pose just different colors. I know others (hulks ect) may feel differently but I don't have a ton of space for my collection and I want each piece to offer something unique.

I don't think there is much they can do other than the repaint. I think this one is just meant as an alternative to the IP. Not many people are going to want both given the similarity.
