I guess the increase price means that this piece will be send to a factory with high skill workers ? i remembered back in 2010 2010 when I pre-ordered Iron man iron man 2 Mark VI Maquette retail price was $499.99 and war machine $549.99.

The paint will be exactly like it's shown in the proto except it will bleeding from every crack. Still though, $100 more than the IP, the exact same statue, is a great deal! I'm not sure who makes these decisions, but they need a reality check. Put up the same statue as IP, after the horrible QC fail, for $100 more. Yea, that is totally reasonable. If people think they've learned anything from IP, here's their mea culpa...ha!

At the Hot Toys piece the top ab panel is silver, so SSC is wrong.

Sideshow is taking a play out of the Hot Toys - Iron Man playbook: Release a variant for $100 more than the original.

What Sideshow forgets is that Hot Toys Iron Man end products deliver, so they've earned the right to charge that price unlike Sideshow.
