Keep at it SR; you're coming along quickly with the sewing projects. And there's a lot of need for specific outfit pieces when it comes to Star Wars :duff

Can't you use the leather Weequay piece you own to sketch a pattern?

This was our version, felt with wire, never put the studs on though.
Not accurate, but in the ball park.:)

I have a Weequay head too. It's unpainted because I'm painting some other heads this winter but it's at one of the first places at my to-do-list.

What's about the question for a pattern? Can't anyone sketch a 1:1 pattern? I think I'm able to stitch and glue my own if I can get a pattern.

i know vivisec has a pic on his website on page 3 of this fourm. and has showsdiffern`t angles of how he made it.i know cant sew.so im hopeing some one could come up with the pattern and make copies so that however makes these weequay outfits they can make duplicates to sell to other members on here. and could make outfits for the rest of the skiff guards to sell as well

Grievious; Vivisect's outfit was a very simplified version of the Nilo Rodis Jamero Weequay outfit, compare his suit to the screengrabs above. Don't replicate it, improve on it. That being said his scout trooper pouches were excellent.

N.B. A custom thread, ideally should be about your own work, showing its development in pics, not asking boneheaded questions that you could deal with in PM.s.

Hey Gen. I got your E-mail I got my out fit from a board member but he is no longer active. I wish he was he made a skiff master out fit to.
