Yeah, I noticed this also when I was checking out the SDCC mini Raygun Exclusive. It caught my interest....so I'll be checking the site periodically.

Ummm...

That's not an ordinary lantern. It's what one might find on top of an old British Police Box...

I was thinking it looked like a ship's lantern... or a train...

...oh wait! I went and looked at the picture again, and there is now some words and letters showing (they weren't there the other day when I looked!). It does look like it may be a Police Box... but the letters don't seem to quite work...

OK. Here's the picture from Weta.

YES!!! Once I saw the top of the police box I knew it was Dr. Who. Now I'll be waiting to see what they make out of it. Always wanted a TARDIS, hope it's now too expensive.

An English company,"This Planet Earth",have been selling full-scale TARDIS replicas for a number of years already, along with full-scale Cybermen outfits and replica Daleks. All officially licenced by the BBC.
Wonder how this sits with them:confused:

I can understand a 1/6th scale or full scale, but why would you buy or make a 1/2 scale Tardis? Who knows.
