Final Jamie vest pics!
Technically Jamie had cow print fur on the inside of this, but that made the vest waaaay to bulky at 1:6 so it was eliminated so that the vest would hang better.

End of October update
Wanted to give an INVASION -wide update here:
The Brigadier-
Work on our "INVASION" Brigadier head has begun. I have already gotten two revisions on him and he is very close to being done. You literally might even get to see the finished head this week.
The Brig also wore his UNIT beret with his sweater outfit, so it does cross into different Doctor eras.
Addressing the requests, the INVASION Brig will not have a removable beret. A hatless head will be worked into the line later on. The reason is I want these to look as nice as possible, and the Brig with fuller hair (from the Pertwee era, see post 93) is the more iconic look and wouldn't work if the beret was made to be removable. (the hair would be thinner for that to work).
The Cybermen are now due in Nov new. Basically, once printed there is gonns be a ton of clean-up work since they have so many parts.
They have been pushed back from Oct to Nov only because we ggot a surprise slew of heads suddenly ready for Oct (Sarah Jane, Brig, Flash, Tall Man, Starbuck, Apollo).
Lastly: One character from "Invasion" might be getting their head re-made because someone at Warriors Gate is super freaking ____ and this is how he spends the paychecks from his new job. He is paying for this out of pocket. You will likely see the new head before you hear about it again.

I think that's a good call on the Brig. His beret was pretty tight on the scalp, a removable one probably wouldn't fit snug enough to look right. Plus taking it on and off would likely scratch the paint on the head.
Hey, if you guys ever get into making monsters, please consider doing Scaroth. I've wanted to make a custom of him forever.

I can confirm three secret monsters in the works right now but none of them are Scaroth.
Two are major. One is minor. None are the Cybermen.

I'm at work, but I know two Troughton costumes when out from the tailor over the weekend and that one of them was yours. The head will come seperarately because it wasn't cleaned as well as we liked when it was printed (then molded) so we are fixing it up to look as nice as it should then remolding it. (meaning Trout had micro lines across his face from printing that would show up once he was painted).

I just got the newest Brigadier sculpt sent to me this morning before work by Bruno. I won't have time to write any crits before leaving to him but I wanted to post the head up just to show because he is nearly done and is looking pretty darned good. What do you guys think?

As far as I am concerned, I really want us to eventually make both her Hand of Fear and her Planet of Evil costumes. Billy B has agreed to at least be making one of them for us, and once I know which I can get going on the second one. regardless, we always agreed it was going to be her head ASAP, then the costumes when we we could bet them done, s there was always goign to be a wait.
Just to throw out more WHO news to give you guys a happier weekend, WGP works with tons of out-side studio talent, and as we meet preople who can do certain things, we commission more projects, many of which you don't nesseccarily know about because I have no idea how long it will take them, or if the projects will work out.
But just to announce it here just in this particular thread officially, we have a Sontaran and an Ice Warrior in development.
The Ice Warrior kit will be made to go on a HT body where new fore-arms and lower legs/feet will replace their current ones (which just slide off if people are unaware because they are modular), and you will have two different heads to choose from- normal and giant helmet sized so your army can look different. They will have their sonic guns on their fore-arm.
The Sontaran kit will feature the Lynx head as a base but have two helmets to choose from- Time Warrior or Invasion of Time types.
As to be expected because of my darker side, expect at least one alternate Sontaran head with proud scars and battle damage (think Two-Face) and maybe missing an eye? (laugh). I personally would prefer a more kick-butt modern sci-fi rifle with them as well as the Sontaran standards.
Those can easily be 4-6 months away though depending on how quick the people working on them are, so you'll hear more when there is more to hear.
