I think you are dead wrong if you don't see "any ford" here. Lol. Blind actually. Is it perfect? No. Few sculpts are. Buts light years better than this...

And Trevor's sculpt? That one has a good likeness but its a bit puffy. Like Indy put on 15 lbs.

I think we all perceive people and faces differently depending on a number of different factors, some people recognize a face from the eyes, some people by the general shape of the face etc, Facial recognition by Chinese often begins with a focus on the center of the face in the nose area, as compared to Westerners who tend to concentrate attention on a triangular area between the eyes and mouth. These all contribute to how we individually see faces differently.

This is why one person can look at a sculpt and see the best likeness ever, while another person finds it difficult to see any resemblance at all - no one person is wrong, it's just a matter of perception

This head needs a proper paint up with no lens distortion, STAT!

I love how this is all hanging in the air. Some kind of small update would be reassuring.

This head needs a proper paint up with no lens distortion, STAT!

We told the printer we wanted the hats sent to us at the first 20 so we could get the first orders out sooner. Those were shipping out this week to our UK mail person (since the casts were made in the UK).

Guys,there's not any lens distortion.....

Maybe try taking another pic with the lens slightly zoomed in just to cover that base. Longer lens = less distortion (in general.)

Phone cameras are especially bad for distortion with their wide angle "everything's in focus" lenses.

The more pics the better - take another few from a couple of different angles.

hmm, yes, they are from the same mold - so - technically they are the same head. I guess the painting makes one head look different to anothers?

That Indy head looks awesome! I think it's just the paint ups that are giving the difference in appearance between the same head.

I think one of the issues that's distracting is the thick neck of the HT body, which in overall proportion, is making the head look thinner than it actually is. I believe it was elvis1976 that shaved some plastic away from the neck adapter so the rubber neck "sunk in" a little bit.

This is why I'm hoping that ACI's Christian body arrives in early February, rather than mid- to late Feb. I'd like to check it out to see if it's a suitable replacement.

Also, I just have another question for WGP staff, is the head cast in fleshtone??

Just wish we could get some nice even lighting, front-sides-3/4 pics. Here's the best I can dig out from the soft and murky pics seen so far. You can see that HF is starting to trickle out as you see more views. This paint-up under a studio light set-up (and in focus!) would have looked good:
