I just [finally] got my 1:6 Batman Begins "Tumbler" Batmobile today, and it's great... but it got me to thinking, what other famous cars would you like to see reproduced in 1:6 scale?

Feel free to write in choices not on the poll as a response to this post. I was limited to ten choices; I'm sure I left out something fabulous. (Two obvious choices that were almost included were the Bluesmobile from The Blues Brothers and the cars from Bullitt and Starsky and Hutch.)

Got to be the DBV. You forgot to mention that it is also in Casino Royale.

Mind you I'd equally be up for the white Lotus Espirit from The Spy Who Loved Me.

I went with Mad Max. It would be pretty easy to to imagine someone doing a Mel Gibson sculpt (Maybe Andy in 1:6) and then you would have the car.

Then I would need an Aussie Shepherd to go with him....

A "GI Joe" sized Aston Martin DB5 is a life long wish for me. TV Batmobile would be number 2 on the list. I imagine I'd get almost any reasonably well done 1/6th vehicle that would fit in with my interests. All the Bond cars, Batmobiles, MM Interceptor, any of them sound great. Not mentioned in the survey, but I'd like a "spinner" from Bladerunner, the Lotus Europa "Bread Van" from The Man from U.N.C.L.E series, all of the Corvette's from "Route 66", heck, lots of stuff. Big toys to go with 1/6th figures are fun.

Definitely the Aston Martin, and I agree with Azrael the Lotus would be awesome too. I would probably buy both of those...depending on price... The 89 Batmobile would be cool, but I don't know if I would be as tempted to buy it. I've always thought the batmobile from the Animated Series looked cool too.

Those cars are all nice, but what I would really love is a 1:6 Black Beauty from the Green Hornet!

It's not on the list but the A Team van would be one I'd like to see made, providing there were some quality figures to go in it.

89 Batmobile for me!
My 1/6 Keaton needs his ride!

Hey Meta, great news on the 1/6 Tumbler. I am jealous! :D

A little larger scale but worth a look:
EDIT : meant smaller scale - this car is 1/8 scale

#1 66 Batmobile

#2 Mad Max.

A DB5 would kill.

My 66 Custom BM is almost done Pix... will post pics when finished but it will look a lot like this... a year and a half in the making, finding wheels, parts, etc. It is made by Giink and is actually closer to 1/7 scale... about 29 inches long so my figs might have to scrunch a bit in there. It will also have a correct Bat beacon housing.

Won't be long, just needs decals applied and it's ready... very detailed in accessories,Bat license plate, interior, etc. BUT it is as close as I can get for now with available kits, parts etc. it has 10 coats of paint! I heard from Giink there may be another guy making a true scale 1/6 66 BM which may come on the market soon...

Here is a WIP pic. Wouldn't you know as soon as I dump all this time and money into this that may be a more accurate one, but I don't know if it will fit 1.6 scale figs so we'll have to wait and see...

WIP Pic...
