I remember when I first played GTA 4 and hated the way the car handled. It's supposed to me more realistic but when the rest of the game is unrealistic in likelyhood, realistic driving just makes it nonsense. Great game though.

I'm playing Heavy Rain. Not agreeing with the reviews or assessments of things I've read about it. Not a great game. It's fun I guess but not what everyone has been saying.
I just finished the part where you have to cut off your finger.

I didn't mind the driving as compared to just the frustration of running, turning, pivoting, and climbing. So many collision issues where I couldn't turn around, got stuck in a corner, kept missing a ladder. The simple things in a game should be naturally easy and intuitive.

Plus they really need to fix the A.I. in the next GTA. There were so many "dumb" instances in that game, to how the people drove, reacted to certain things, etc. Great game blemishes and all. But I feel Rockstar needs to push their development team to make everything smarter, and rehaul the engine to make controlling the player, gun play, and driving not so counter-intuitive.

Agreed. I think the next one should take place in or around a ski resort. Ski's, snowbaords, skidoos and lots of blood on snow. Its very unlikely to see gangsters in Colorado but I think it would make for some fun gameplay.

FF XIII - on Chapter 4 - still not blown away by it.....yet.

I'm afraid you'll probably not get blown away by this game at all. Someone on the hi def digest forums has completed it already and says it leaves him unfulfilled and probably won't go back to play it again.
