Half sandwich. Toasted sour dough bread, turkey breast, colby jack cheese, triple extra lettuce, tomato. Pickle on the side.

I also made banana muffins with cream cheese filling, so I had one of those before the sandwich.

Moist is a must! Most people follow directions too closely and that is what tends to dry out baked goods. And yum, they are wonderful.
