Salad for 4 weeks. No meat, pasta, bread, sugar snacks, cakes, dairy products, sweet juices, sodas, fast foods, fried foods or anything fried, nothing with flour or starches, Fish seafoods, rice or anything wheat or any process junk foods, for 4 weeks. Just doing a detox and lowering cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure from my many years of eating bad. I feel better than before :)

It's absolutely possible.

It really is a mental game... and tell yourself this, 1 month is a very small window of your lifetime. You can do this, no problem. :hi5:
