No joke, typical day for me
Breakfast: Peanut Butter and jelly with milk and Diet Mountain Dew
Snack before lunch: organic pink Lady apple
Lunch: Spinach salad with turkey and piece of cheese - with water
After lunch snack: another damn apple I am sure
Dinner: if I am bad: another PBJ; if good, another salad.
Dessert: the trifecta of a multi vitamin pill, a Vitamin D3 5000 ui pill, and an 81mg Bufferin (welcome to your 40s!)
I really hate my slow metabolism.
