Ha! So true. That's what happens when a born/raised New Orleanian moves to Nashville!

Really, we don't eat all this crap all the time (my wife wouldn't let me), I just wouldn't post the salad we ate yesterday. And hot chicken is unhealthy not only because of the deep fried goodness, but the spice level can be dangerous. Our favorite place for it has a top level of heat that you have to sign a waiver before they serve it to you!

Oh, the fork's so you don't touch the spices. Wouldn't want to rub my eyes after eating that!
