nah, I eat my burgers with ketchup & mustard, no bun. potato always has butter, pepper, chives and cheese

Went to Red Robin for the first time with my family. Got the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger with cheddar, red onion, lettuce, and tomato. Onion Ring appetizer and fries.

It was okay. I don't eat out often so it was nice. The Strawberry Lemonade was great.

Having my morning coffee and some Maple Syrup Oatmeal.

I am having plain Quaker Oatmeal with added chocolate whey protein. I sometimes have my oatmeal with fruit and other times with brown sugar. Actually just recently purchased brown sugar. Never had sugar in this house since I lived in it. No salt either and that will remain a place with no salt in the cupboards. No white sugar either.

Soda free. Candy, chocolate, and chips free as well.
