Garlic taste and smells good when cooked. That's because heat changes the the chemical composition. In its raw state, the sulfur irritates.

I've got some buddies of mine here for the football games so I got the taco lady over here grilling meat for tacos, burritos, whatever. Carne asada, pollo, al pastor. She's got rice, beans, and some crazy sauces.
