I do eat 3 meals a day. I think I gained more muscle. Blah more repetition at the gym then. And less heavy weights. I am afraid of getting diabetes. Been trying to eat less sugar.
Drink more water and eat more consistently throughout the day rather than one big meal at once.

That's less than I used to eat with Avacado. Avacado don't taste good plain. I don't cook or eat it with anything else. I don't use it to make dipping sauce or whatever.
