Just finished some Whole Wheat Pasta with Chicken and a side of Rice Cakes with Natty Peanut Butter......So delicious

Boiled eggs and canned tuna on rice. Cold Mugg Root Beer.

Coffee. When I first wake up, food is the devil. I can't eat until I feel a bit settled. I do not however know what I will have. Jenn is on vacation (this has never happened before, it's nice) so maybe something baked. I normally just have fruit.

Just treated myself to a Marks & Spencer evening meal.

Start: Sushi snack pack.

Meal: Crayfish with noodles, Asian style vegetables & edamame soya beans with a soy & ginger dressing.

Dessert: The classic fruit salad.

Drink: Orange & carrot juice.

Movie snack for later: Chocolate & pecan popcorn and some nuts.
