Love Pastrami. Been wanting to make my own out of brisket for a while. Maybe I'll finally break down and get that project started...
 
I should be in that video. I only had balut one time. And after I got by seeing the beak and an eyeball...it tasted just like scrambled eggs to me (albeit, slimy scrambled eggs).

Of course, I had about a gallon of mojo in me as well.:)

My friend Renato and his wife brought some balut to work. It doesn't taste bad. I think it's what's inside and the way it looks is what freaks people out.
