Man this song takes me back. Great cover of it.
Yep^^^^
Funny I heard that on the drive home from work today, and was thinking about how great a song it was. One of my favorites as a kid, I would probably put it in the top 10 iconic '80s songs in my mind.
One of my favorite Slayer songs too. Gemini is overlooked for sure.Nothing, but in my mind, I'm hearing Slayer's awesome "Gemini" from their Undisputed Attitude album. Probably one of my favorite songs of theirs, and one some might have missed since it was the only new metal song in an album full of punk rock covers.
Just listened to: The Dave Brubeck Quartet--Time Out
One of the essential jazz albums. If any metal head here is into Meshuggah, check out Dave Brubeck, who really understood how to make fun music with weird time signatures.
Now the great Bud Powell, "Buster Rides Again"

Salt Peanuts was Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie. It doesn't get much better than that. Parker is arguably the most important jazz musician/creative mind of all.
