I legitimately think this song is one of the best songs ever. Maybe not technically, definitely not lyrically, and I'm sure it fails in other musical aspects. But as a pop single - it's an absolute masterpiece.

Despite it not being my favorite DM album (though easily a STRONG second place to Black Celebration), Violator is just... unfairly good. I tend to love Martin songs, but in this case, despite a couple decent efforts, his songs are what keep it from being a flawless album.
