The first Transformation in the film. An awesome scene!!!

Jurassic Park: The scene where the main characters see their first dinosaur, the Brachiosaurus. That scene with the amazing and iconic music gives me goosebumps everytime. (Could find a decent video of this...)

I like the part in True Romance where they have the shoot-out at the end in the hotel and blow the s@#t out of each other and then the 2 of them walk/drive away.
