1. Toccata and Fugue in D Minor -Bach
2. Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven
3. Swan Lake - Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky

What others would I enjoy?

Symphony No.9 - Gustav Mahler

The Firebird - Igor Stravinsky

Neither of those are actually Classical though. I think they fall under Romantic or Expressionist.

I tend to like the heavy brassy stuff ... Mars (Holst), Carmina Burana, The Night on Bald Mountain, Ride of the Valkeries, Firebird, etc.

Piano Concerto No.20 in D minor-Mozart

That's my favorite.

I also love Faure's Requiem. Beautiful piece. Carmina Burana was also mentioned.

Rachmaninoff's Vespers are also particularly beautiful.

You might also like Bach's Cello Suites.

I'm a sucker for Pachelbel's Canon.

There's another that I love but cannot for the life of me remember what it's called or who it's by. But I now have it stuck in my head.

Though I enjoy listening to "symphonic" music from time to time (I consider classical a period of music, not a genre), I don't know many of the specific pieces that I like.

Still for 99.97% of the population it means anything written both for something other than a pop singer. :thud:
