What is up with SideShow Customer Service???

Patience is a lost virtue within this forum . . . WELL . . . any online collector forum.

Sideshow Customer Service is one of the best out there. I too at one point way back when had an issue or two, but in all fairness to them . . . they offered a solution and resolved the problem.

What?! I always use "fail" when contacting Sideshow. Sometimes I call them just to say "pass."
