I was never endorsing either of the two. In fact I don't care either way what another person's orientation is... IMHO what way someone swings is only one aspect of the person...and none of my business.

You said that homophobia is what makes it possible for people to not be homophobes. In fact, homophobia just allows homophobes to be homophobes. A functioning brain is what prevents people from being homophobes. How the former enables the latter is beyond me, and I'm just going to settle with my previous conclusion, which was that the whole idea is patently stupid. K?

I don't know why you're getting defensive as to whether you are homophobic or not. Did someone accuse you?
