They're just getting worse and worse. I've sat through all of them (barely) and still can't identify the majority of Transformers when they're on the screen. They've taken franchise I've enjoyed since the beginning and somehow made me not care for any of the characters at all. It's ridiculous that a 30-year old cartoon movie has more character development and emotional punch.

Now that's one franchise that I do agree needs a strong reboot. GI Joe, as well. But frankly, I can't see either happening.
