Not a poll.

I want to know what you guys and gals think are the best colours to paint a room that is a collection display/entertainment room.

I was thinking about going with light grey or eggshell white, but I want to know your opinions.

whatever you do stay away from dark colors as it makes the room smaller, i would suggest polar bear white.. yeah its an actual color and you can get it at home depot

I would avoid white. Mid/Dark grey is good. Colours of the figures will stand out and the room will be a little darker for the movie theatre feel.

For me personally I would choose sky blue paint and put in some clouds with Dumbo flying and/or put the Disney castle on it.

If by entertainment you mean you're going to be watching tv or film in the room you need to go with darker colors. If it's purely a collection/play room you should go lighter.

Eggshell white is a nice choice and is the type of color most museums are painted. It is not as stark as pure white, but is light enough to make the room the brightest with the least lighting.
