I googled some image of Mace Windu and I think something like this drawing I found would be great. The only thing I would change is the angle of the lightsaber. It looks weird in this picture aimed down. Needs to be going more upwards.

I just want Sith Lords. Many many Sith Lords. Ever since I got Malgus, I have wanted more Sith Lords to make a collection of baddies. Honesty, the good guys don't do anything for me. All too generic. Only my humble opinion.
I have no interest in TOR characters to be honest. I love some of the sith from KOTOR though, mainly Revan and Nihilis or however the **** you spell that. But that's it.
And other than main characters from the films they haven't done (Lando, Mace, etc.) one of the things about the prequels I REALLY love is the design of all the jedi. I want a good background jedi, especially one with some kind of interesting story. Shaak Ti would be my personal choice but they had to do the sexed up version of her from The Force Unleashed (Love that story by the way). I hate when sideshow has to appeal to the lowest common denominator by only doing sexed up stuff. I like Aayla too, she's a great character, but she is hardly anything special to look at from a character/outfit design point. And Shaak Ti is a middle aged woman with an interesting back story and an awesome outfit that represents her character well, but we had to do the "sex sells" version.
Don't get me wrong I am happy with Shaak Ti in her current form (Only because it is better than no Shaak Ti), and I love Aayla's CHARACTER, but I want some of the designs that I thought were especially awesome in the prequels between the different aliens and outfits. And preferably some of the more complicated aliens and what not rather than, say, Ki-Adi Mundi, Eeth Koth, or Adi Gallia. (Who are still awesome)
Some of my ideas:
-Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee, Master and Padawn double statue would be amazing (Maybe on Ilum where they appeared together in the old clone wars just with their actual non cartoon looks)
-Kit Fisto
-Even Piell
Any prequel jedi you would like to see done? Preferably for a reason other than boobs.
