anyone got any tips? with out the juice? I have really bad genetics and I'm naturally really really REALLY skinny...(but hard work pays off :D) and I digest food faster than the flash...
 
hahha thats all I've been doing since, I'm not taking any winter courses... been laying around being fat all day. its working, but too much sugar gives me the chills.

Man up. Do you want to gain weight or not. It takes dedication dammit. ^^^^ the chills.:lol:lol:lol I have the same goal as you to get to about 170. I just need to go the opposite direction.:lol:lol
 
You need the right kinds of carbs and protein. You should be eating you weight in protein and twice that in complex & simple carbs each day, while keeping up a heavy weight lifting regiment and keeping the cardio light, mainly for you warmups.

When I was in shape and lifting and eating right, I like BNS supplements. Good stuff all around. And Muscle Milk is great, cause it has more fats in it than regular whey protein.

You probably need about 4000+ calories a day to gain that much in such a short time and it won't likely happen. Probably by Christmas if you are killing yourself.
