What was your first GI JOE toy???

Mine was the HAL gun with the figure Grand-Slam. Those were the days.

Grand Slam and Flash are two of my favorites! Love the padded suits.

Talking British Commando, and my first 3 3/4 were Snake Eyes and Cobra Trooper, both bought at the same time, first editions, with no swivel arm battle grip.

First one was an old 12 inch Joe given to me by my uncle in the mid 70's.I'd say around 75 or 76 I was 5 or 6 years old.First 3 3/4 inch one was Short Fuze then Snake Eyes straight arm versions.

Breaker was my first joe. He was bought at the Montgomery Wards in Daily City. They used to keep Star Wars & Joes behind a locked glass case in the clothing section. Funny I can remember that but not what I did last week.

I still have all my classic joe's... sadly not all of them are in as good of condition as when I first got them. Aparently my dog when I was 5 decided he was siding with Cobra and killed a large portion of the joe team.

Flash was broke up loooooooooooooong ago lol. My RAH collection was huge at one point. The only thing I have left is a boxed Terror Drome.

My first Joe was an inhereted parachuting Joe with a beard. I don't even remember his designation though, just that he was G.I. Joe.

I actually might still have my first RAH Joe in storage somewhere with all my other 3 3/4" Joes. Snake Eyes pre-battle grip:

I have very few of my originals that I had as a kid but some years back I got into collecting them all again. "85 was the best Joe year, imho. So many great figures in that series!

I dont remember mine...but it definitely was the start of '82-'83...so I will say ALL of them

Wow! Nice, they are Minty Mint! Did you ever play with them or did you buy most of these later on??
