And AdoptedScot...Every time I hear that "Everybody's Free" song... I think about the Venture Brothers. Great song though.

For dancing, some oldies (yes, they are cheesy by today's view, but if you can get one or two to go up and try these, you mind wind up with others trying to learn): Electric Glide, Macarena, Land of a Thousand Dances, Cotton Eyed Joe, Time Warp. And, anything by CCR is ALWAYS good to get the body moving.
