Oh I have so many, I think I have most of them on 12" record too, ha!
Most of these are early 90's when I was 18/19 so I loved the dancy stuff when in clubs.

I WANT cheesy and poppy - thus Vengaboys as an example.

Sorry no matter how many times I read that I kept reading "nothing is cheesy or poppy" Guess i couldn't get past that idea of asking for cheesy and poppy.:lol
 
You want folks to get up and dance? Or mostly have background music? For dancing, some oldies (yes, they are cheesy by today's view, but if you can get one or two to go up and try these, you mind wind up with others trying to learn): Electric Glide, Macarena, Land of a Thousand Dances, Cotton Eyed Joe, Time Warp. And, anything by CCR is ALWAYS good to get the body moving.
 
Its not my cup of tea, but i do bounce my head when i hear it is "summertime" by Will Smith. I don't know how PG you need to keep the music, but Lords of Acid had some good tunes back in the day that you could bounce to pretty good. Anything off the Voodoo U album should work and of course pu#$y
