Terminator is my favorite!!!

I'd say Alien and Predator would have a shared 2nd place. AVP, has some cool scenes and action but overall... meh.

My Problem is they have all tripped up somewhere in the Series
Alien, Aliens = Awesome. Alien3 and Alien Resurrection = Suck ass
Predator = Awesome. Predator 2 = good
Terminator and Terminator 2 = Awesome. Terminator 3 = Suck ass and Terminator Salvation = good but not great which it should have been
But one thing I can say is that both AVP's Suck the most ass of all

I think the Alien movies have been the most consistently good, with the exception of the 4th film. Also, I think Alien itself is a perfect movie so that series wins out.

Terminator is a close second, but I'm just not as gaga over T2 as a lot of others seem to be. I do like it, even more so than I used to, but T1 is still my favorite of the series. T3 was terrible though and TS might have been able to redeem, but ended-up being more of a forgettable film.

Predator and Predator 2 are great films, but to me (with the exception of the creature design and characters like Dutch, etc.) just not in the same league.

And AVP not surprisingly finishes last, just filler, but I still thought the 2nd one was at least fun... as long as you didn't mind the complete mindlessness of it all.

I seem to have the most enthusiasm for Terminator. Only Cameron's films though and the Sarah Connor Chronicles. T3 was a joke, T4 was just meh.

I am less often ''in the mood'' for the other series.

Likewise with the toys. Terminator toys like NECA's new figures and would-be Hot Toys figures interest me the most, followed by Predator - I have 3 Hot toys Dutch figures and soon to be 2 Predators.

Based on the quality of the source material, I have to go with Terminator. It gave me time travel, Sinbad-esque (Endo)skeleton action, undead zombie style action, shoot 'em up action, killer robot action, future apocolyptic action, and a little sex action. And it did it all with an incredible backstory. What more can you ask for?

As a movie series sequels though, I have to say the Aliens franchise was overall the least disappointing since the whole concept could go anywhere it wanted without damaging the canon of previous films.
