Last week, I couldn't get anyone at Sideshow Customer Service on the phone.

This week, I'm trying the Online Live Chat. For the past 15 minutes it has said this:

Chat started
Please wait for an agent. There are currently 6 visitor(s) waiting to be served.

Customer Service used to be INSTANT.

Where did everyone go?? I hope there haven't been a ton of layoffs. :(

Of course, I suppose it could be the opposite and they're just that much busier now. :)

Love it when the voice mail says leave a message and we WILL call you back... then you get an email. Left my number twice even.

I tried calling several times as well and haven't gotten through to a representative, either.

I've left several voicemails and have sent several emails over the last month or so and have yet to receive a reply on any of them.

Very strange. My only guess is that I'm on their black-list. Would also explain not winning a contest in years... :monkey5

Sorry to hear that some of you are having difficulty getting through by phone and chat. We actually have more reps then we've ever had in the past for Customer Service but the truth is...we're busy...all the time. The phones are at capacity and chat is as well all week long. We're looking to get more reps in the near future to get more people helped through chat and phones during business hours. For now I'm very sorry that some of you aren't having success getting through. Although I'm unable to help with any specific customer order questions I can assist with more general questions should anyone have any.

Also, FlyAndFight - I'm really concerned that you've sent in numerous emails and phone calls in the last month and haven't received a response. Response time for emails back are within 24 to 48 hours during the work week for customer service. What were your questions? I can see if I can assist you. If I cannot please PM your email address and name, what your inquiries were and I can speak to our customer service department manager to find out what has been occurring with your emails.
