Thanks man!! I personally like the darker tone to the mask then the lighter interpretations I've seen.

Thanks Sid!! I really enjoy doing repaints and just trying to improve things when needed. The person I did this for is very happy with the results so that makes me happy.

My latest reworked SS Remake Leatherface. This was for a commission I did using an HT body, repainting the SS sculpt and replacing the shirt and apron done by ZsaszSays.

Got a chance at buying ones customs leatherface, but dont know whats a decent price, looking at about 550 euros around 700 dollars, any thoughts am i getting a deal or ripped off?.......need help!

Well considering most of his figures for some reason sell on ebay between $1200-$2200 I'd say you're getting a great deal if you call that a deal, I wouldn't pay $100 for any of his figures but then again I'm not the one buying it haha anyways the choice is yours but if you get it and see that they're not that impressive you can always flip it for 3x what you paid

Honestly I have not seen nor heard of Ones Leatherface being sold for $1200-$2200. I think you were talking about Michael Myers Blackest Eyes 2.0 or Hobo Myers, those were sold for around that much. I probably wouldn't spend $700 on Leatherface, depending on what clothes and accessories that goes with it because I think to my knowledge that Ones only did the head sculpt not the full figure? I probably would spend $450-$500. But I'm glad I didn't have to. I got One's head sculpt only through a friend and I'm putting together my own full figure.

Me too. I do not own Ones Customs full figure...YET...BUT I WILL..someday! So far I picked up three head sculpts of his. A good start, though.

No argument there. It would make sense with Myers, Henrietta, Tarman going pretty close or over $1-2k because he did those full figures. Rest of 'em were under $1k. His Pluto figure from The Hills Have Eyes went for $720 on eBay recently and he did that full figure himself. I meant is that I have not seen a Leatherface remake full figure with only One's head sculpt (he did not do Leatherface remake full figure or did he?) going for $700 or higher unless I must have missed something. I do not believe I have ever seen a Ones full figure of Leatherface? Does anybody have one? Well, it's hard to say because some characters are more popular and most sought after than others. I may be wrong and feel free to correct me on this.

What is more important here is how much you are willing to spend depending on how much you love the character. I would throw $2k out there IF I had it for a Ones full figure of Myers. That is the only character I would spend $$ on. Sad to say I don't have that kind of money to throw around.

Like I say I have never had a One's Customs figure in-hand before but seeing the pics that people like joebizz 34 and other posts and also from lurking on One's FB page his work is awesome. Now the price is something that the individual has to deal with.

His Deborah's Son/Hobo Myers is a thing of beauty and like amstel said I would spend big cash on a Myers '78 figure but seeing as I'm already sorted in that department then I could be really tempted on another of his figures.

Let's agree to disagree. I do think One's work is just as good as Rainman, Iminime and rest of them. I guess he is underrated on here and is overlooked because he only does horror figures and not many people appreciate horror figures on here from what I see. Like me I'm a horror fan and those are what I collect. I feel they are worthy not just by the value but the history of the horror film industry. Anyway I agree about those commissions and I think that it is cool to commission a few talented members to do a head sculpt and lately I do prefer to build a figure and buying a head sculpt to go with it, depending on what is available.

Thank you for correcting me. I wasn't sure about the Leatherface figure as I have only seen the ones with head sculpt made by him and rest of the figure were built by you guys. I have not seen his original Leatherface full figure yet. Anyway, I have no idea what was going on in the past regarding to Ones and I don't care about the past like some people do. From what I have seen so far like Sid said from all the pictures you and other guys posted of Ones figures, I am vastly impressed and I would love to own a full figure of his someday. Until that happens, I'm just going to go along and pick up the pieces to build my figures from there (Freddy, Leatherface, Myers 2.0, Cropsey and Resurrection) and I am very excited about it. It all boils down to one thing like you and ShapeShifter said...to each their own.

In general, I don't think he's bashing One just the prices some of these customs demand. I would never pay the prices some of these custom go for, it's just something I would not do. Some are fantastic and I know what goes into these pieces but really $600-$800 for a doll? As it is we are at $200-$300 being the norm in licensed figures with some hitting $500. There was a custom Leatherface that I saw on these boards. It wasn't all that but good for the customizer. Then I'm on ebay and low and behold there's the custom. The guy wants something like $170. You've go to be ******** me. The custom was nowhere near worth half of that price. They can argue I spent money and time in making it. In the end it's all subjective as to what's too much. Hell, I was complaining when I bought M65 Jacket Rambo for $70 when I had told myself I would never pay that much for dolls.
