Collectors are reallly lucky to have such a variety of options to represent a Man of Steel Superman in their collection.

Which does it best for you? (as they are from these pictures)

DCD did a good job on the costume.

The way i see it Sideshow did the costume and cape best. Hot Toys did the head best, Koto done the best pose and Play Arts did the best articulation.

Sideshow blows all the others away.

The Hot Toys would be better with a smaller body.

That Square things looks like something off the shelf at Walmart.

I'm a hot toys guy so I voted for the hot toys version, but I will admit the pf looks good though. I just like being able to pick the pose I want:)

I'm gonna go with the PF, it's almost perfect (which wasn't actually my initial opinion when the pics came out yesterday)

Sucks that neither the PF nor the HT figure will be out this year though :(

I like the headsculpt on the Hot Toys Superman, it's fantastic, that's about it. The body is way too thick though and the suit isn't as nice as the PF. The proportions really don't help either. Then those gauntlet, bracelet things it has look like bulky plastic crap some Hasbro or Mattel 12" toy would have. You know, molded in one color and none painted and out of scale.

PF has a great portrait AND a perfectly proportioned physique. Not to mention that really nice cape. It's also the only one out of those figures (and the Mattel Movie masters) that doesn't have the same logo base.

I don't see how the HT is getting so many vote. The Arnold body is way too big. Fanboy voting indeed.

Hype Hype Hype

They just got back from the movies, they'll give their credit cards to Hot Toys for anything at this point. Hell, they didn't even need to see pics of the product. All ya need is "Hot Toys" in the option and it'll win the polls every time.

Just judging from the promo pics, the PF looks way better than HT's version, but most probably than not, SS's piece won't have that awesome paintjob, and HT will change the bulky body. I'd wait to see in hand pics.

I voted Hot Toys. I think they will tweak the body before we have it in hand. Even as is I think it looks great, especially in the pic where's he's standing on the emblem. I think the head sculpt is outstanding and you just can't beat Hot Toys right now for realistic looking paint apps.

The PF looks beautiful, if money wasn't an issue I would have both. I love that the pose has a subtle feeling of weightlessness like he's just landed and shows a graceful, refined, and dignified side of Superman. Hot Toys wins for me due to being able to pose and repose how you like when you like.

All are awesome though and we live in a great time for collecting :) life is a wonderland :)

The HS on the HT is much better, and no way Sideshows production piece gonna look that good. Their paint apps on human faces are always 3 steps back from the proto.

However.... based on the "prototype" pics... Sideshow clearly looks the best.
