Cancel both... Daredevil is 1/5 scale, just wait for the 1/4 scale Premium Format. I think Sue storm is 1/5 or 1/6 scale. Don't fit well with The Thing PF. Wait for Sue storm PF too.

In my own opinion, I think DD's base is one of best looking ones that SS has produced based on the pictures & DD has a very dynamic pose compared to Sue's plus I'm not a big fan of the pouty lips Sue's sporting.

xYx,the base on this piece is killer! I love the pose on this statue. It's very true to the character. Scale is the only worry I have with this piece. It has to be at least 1/5 scale for me. If the scale holds up, this will be a great DD to add to my collection.

id keep DD. DD pieces usually sell better thus making it more valuable in the long run. just my opinion.

It better damn should be! It'll be such a huge letdown. I went on a Elektra binge for this DD piece. But correct me if I'm wrong but didn't someone from SS already stated that this is indeed 1/5.

Yes, they did confirm it to be 1/5. However, we know SSC can't be fully trusted when it comes to comiquette scale. The scale on the comiquette pieces are all over the place.

Cancel Sue Storm, i've never been a fan of her masculine face and uninspired pose.

but the issue of scale is a tricky on and cannot be over-looked, because inconsistencies in scale drive the most level-headed collectors insane. I personally would keep DD...display Elektra further back on the shelf and DD closer to the front giving it the illusion that they are perfectly in scale.

Asthetically speaking the DD comiquette blows Sue Storm comiquette out of the water. Such a beautiful piece. If i collected Sideshow MARVEL, i would be all over the DD comiquette.




I LOVE Bowen's Marvel statues, but i prefer this DD Comiquette over Bowen's Action DD on gargoyle.

I love this Sue Storm . . . hell, she's under $200 so you can flex her for about $60 a month . . I am going to put her with my Thing PF (I don't see Reed or Johnny ever being made) and her scale should look great with him . . .

I am hopeful that someone will make some custom plexiglass force field to put in front of her . . . like a semi circle . . .

I wouldn't worry about her going to high in price though . . . she is just not that in demand as a character . . .

Daredevil looks to be an outstanding stand alone piece and the options are just great . . . He is 1:5 scale but will look smaller because of his positioning . . . if you can only keep one go with DD . . . but I would try to flex Sue . . .

Can't tell you what to do, but I don't see either of these going up in price very much. I would keep Daredevil b/c he's a cooler character, but I'm actually holding off until a 1/4 scale version is released.

I just hate when there are soo many good pieces shipping the same month. Aside from the internal debate on these 2, I also have the Bucky Cap PF on PO, Bowen Thanos and Gentle Giant Babydoll (all 3 which are keepers for me), keeping those 3 are the reason I'm having to dump one of the others.

What I'm hoping happens is Bowen does what they always do and push their Thanos ETA out another couple of months, then I can likely hang onto both of these.

That is actually part of the pain and fun of collecting though...I think all us freaks have been or are in the same situation. I have SO many statues on preorder/flexpay that it screams
