I'm getting ready to buy a Emperor 1:1 bust or the PF. I'm also on the hunt for the speederbike PF and Duel with Dooku. Hopefully the Legend Vader helmet won't be to far behind but that can ship in 2012 or 2013 as far as I know :cuckoo:

Probably the "Battle Spec" (stunt). I don't really need Ainsworth's autograph.

I am in the US so I'll need to get someone in the UK to re-mail it for me when the time comes.

Battle Spec is good for trooping. It is the only one from him (excepting Shadow) that I don't have yet. Do you need it for trooping?

Nope. I just want one for the collection. I'd probably pick up the Xwing helmet at some point too.

If just for collecting you'd better get the Stunt or Hero, they are more accurate, even if more pricey. The Battle Spec not sure if comes with stand and plaque either.

I figured the Battle Spec was just a stunt without Ainsworth's sig.

The selection used to be more straight-forward.

The PF Stormtrooper is next that is due to ship to me, but I'm hoping to see the droids go up for pre order before the end of 2011.

Between now and then, I continue to pick away at putting together my vintage set.

It is kind of a Stunt but some of the more accurate parts like hand painting of the frown and the helmet stand & plaque are missing. It is machined paint. But it is the best if wanted for trooping, being sturdier - but all SDS helmets are quite sturdy compared to TE2, ATA, CfO or SiMan (which I own and can compare) - SDS are made of ABS, regular screen used stunts were made of more fragile HDPE/styrene. Even with all the controversy Ainsworth still remains the guy who pulled the molds back in '76, which cannot be said about any others, MR or eFX included.

The SSC Speeder bike and biker Scout or The Emperor PF EX which one should i go for ...............help me decide

personally, I would go for the speeder bike. I just received the Emperor PF and it is top-notch without a doubt, but the sheer size of the speeder bike and how well it was done can't be beat.

If I were only able to choose one, I'd get the speeder bike. It does also cost more and will take up a lot more space though if those happen to be factors, I don't think I have the room for one personally.

Also depends on if you would rather have a more iconic character like the emperor, personally I have a thing for the troopers and the more minor characters. I think the big thing is though, if you think you'd eventually like to have both, then I'd suggest getting on the emperor EX asap, and picking up the biker somewhere down the line.

As for me I have the EX emperor on the way, and I think I may try to pick up the scout trooper sans bike sometime in the future.
