hi sirs, I had posted a thread earlier today regarding an article over corpulence suing white castle and the thread says moved but I am can't find it elsewhere on the forums. I was interested in reading the rest of the community's response as to whether it is a legit legal issue or bare friviolity, please advise thanks!

It's White Castles fault I'm fat!!!! Their little frozen cheeseburgers are sooo addicting and because of them I am a 1,000 lbs bedridden 25 year old virgin with major health problems and no friends who does nothing but play World of Warcraft all day. That's why I'm suing them!!!! It's their fault

People who cause their own problems are stupid and should no be able to sue anyone because of it. People need to grow the hell up and take responsibility for their actions and stop blaming everyone else. God these people piss me off.
If someone is fat and can't fit in a a seat, don't sue them, take it as a wake up call and change your ways so you can fit in that seat. Look at Kevin Smith. His fat ass coudln't fit in an airplane seat, so he was kicked off, did he sue, no he didn't. He said it was embarrassing and a wak up call. So what did he do, he lost a bunch of weight and is now proud of himself. That is the answer and the only answer.
