Get the discount and fix it. Technically it's more an oversight instead of a defect. Someone obviously just didn't put enough glue on the straps when it was manufactured. Instead of someone at the factory putting the glue on Mqhyunh can easily do it instead and get a discount for it. If the actual strap itself was broken, that's a different story. After the strap is glued back into place, no one will ever notice it because it was supposed to be glued there to begin with.
