Who is/was the best Howard Stark?

Some will say this poll will be a landslide, but there seems to be enough folks to sway that we'll see.

Personally i think Slattery was great as Howard Stark. But he was practically imitating Gerard and that's no bad thing. And Dominic has great potential, but i'd like to see more of his "Stark" to be sure. But for me there will never be ANYONE that did what Gerard did.

I didn't include cartoon Stark because well he was A cartoon most of the time.

I liked what Cooper did. He has a great resemblance to Downey, and his "hands on" approach mirrored Tony. The IM2 were great and fit the classic look of Howard Hughes but I think Cooper's fits into the continuity better.
