Also finished watching all 3 of the documentaries. In all honesty, if you like structure to your viewing pleasure, these are not for you. As noted by others, this is definitely a "home movie" feel. There are themes/section chunks shown througout, but they don't go into much depth.
There are a few sections or pieces of them that were already used for the EEs. I had hoped that there would be an entire section of at least 1/2 - 1 hour long just on bloopers or filmed but deleted scenes. There are some, but they're interwoven seemingly indiscriminately throughout. There's a lot of emphasis on the tech aspects (and well-deserved), but I would have preferred a lot more footage of the actors' perspectives.
Don't get me wrong....I enjoyed them as they are. But am still hungry for the bloopers, deleted scenes, etc. I guess we'll have to wait for PJ's uber-super-duper complete set to see any of that (IF that ever happens).
