Who's got ALL the Predators? (and some questions)

I am missing the P2 Elder. I actually bought that but then traded it with my friend for Chopper.

I also do not have the P2 but I did buy the P2 BD instead.

I slimmed my collection from P2 Elder, P2 BD, AVP Elder, and Wolf down to just the wolf. Happier with just one then I was with all.

Well, I wasn't going to mention it... but since you did, I also have some unopened "extras" (Chopper, Asia Ancient x 2, P2 x 2, P2 Elder, and several Wolf Preds), which I aim to kit-bash and customize when time permits. All the rest are on display or disassembled for mods and repainting.

(Don't even ask about my stash of Aliens Colonial Marines.)

mudshark, i suggest you keep your collection the way it is. i mean, dont customize it. asia ancient predator is too expensive nowadays. i would say just display it the way it is. its too expensive to be customized.

I think that myself, but you do feel good once you're able to get one. It's unfortunate, It's all just part of collecting. Plus, it makes getting one that much more sweet

i dont think so. i think the other way around. it totally stress me out, i guess i am crazy.

like, if the price soar one day, you will feel like , why didnt i get more.
and if you break the pieces, omg, you will feel you wanna kill yourself since this is so hard to find.

and when you get it when the price has soared, trust me, you will feel bad , remembering how much you spend for the item.
just my opinion.

i really hope that one day, collecting can be like any other hobbies. no such a thing as rare ^^^^ or whatever. it kind of ruin the fun of this hobby.

mudshark, i suggest you keep your collection the way it is. i mean, dont customize it. asia ancient predator is too expensive nowadays. i would say just display it the way it is. its too expensive to be customized.

I hear what you're saying. The thing is, the reason I bought the extras was for customizing and kit bashing. I had no idea at the time that they would get so insanely expensive. I got them for my own enjoyment and had no intention of ever selling them. I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with them at the moment, so I think I'll just hang on to them till I do.

Well, I'm trying to acquire a screen accurate set of fiberglass Hicks armour from Aliens at the moment... if that happens, then I may let one of my Ancients go to help finance the armour. That would be a worthwhile cause I think.
