I posted that same Selene pic over at statueforum. I'm really thinking it is Selene:

Let's go through the suspects.
1) Jean as Black Queen never had her hair down unless they do some sort of change of head for a PF. So that rules her out.
2) Emma always had a bob cut/short hair when she was White Queen. Come to think of it, I've rarely seen her use a whip then, maybe even never. More of a Black Queen thing. And when she does have long hair, she never uses a whip so that rules her out. (I'm sick of her too, no offense to anyone lol)
3) Goblin Queen never used a whip at all. So that rules her out.
3) Selene as the Black Queen is the only one I can think of.

So it looks like someone took pity on poor Jinnxy and decided to make a Selene comiquette
