Alas I've seen many come and go in this hobby..

Some remain for a stable amount of time before they wither and fade while others burst across the sky and are gone in a flash..

Corrected. :)

Actually, I think SolidLiquidFox was smart to cash in. He probably made a 700+ profit on this piece. If anything he made the smart choice to sell now while this piece garners some good value.

I love this piece soooo much but if times ever get too tough to handle I will have no choice but to sell it. That's just life. I don't blame anyone for selling something if they need to. Glad he was able to get his money back plus some. :)

Now those are WISE words. Not to mention being realistic and responsible in the proper situation.

Corrected again! :rotfl

it's all those 1:1 Star Wars props!

LOL! Not quite buddy :D

A thread dedicated to my gone Sentinel Vs. #1. I am honored.

Actually, some unexpected expenses came up in the form of a broken A/C unit for my home. It lasted 23 years as it was the original that came in the home so I can't get mad. There is a bunch of MR preorders coming my way so...decisions had to be made. Both Sentinel dios are gone and so are my AH! comiquettes. Funny enough, it hurts but not as much as when I had to let go of my Gray Hulk Vs Spidey (#5/50) last year for similar reasons. That one REALLY hurt so anything I sell since then will never be as tough.

I definitely haven't quit the hobby. I got some cool MR stuff coming, T-800 1:1 on the way, my complete GG maquette collection and I am still keeping my Marvel PFs. Cap, both Hulks and Doom are here to stay. Thanks for the support guys! :)

SON OF A *****

I would have given him atleast $1,700 for that thing...

:monkey2

I have been hunting for it and the Doom EX. FOREVER. I skip eBay for a few weeks and BAM!, another one slides by.

Time to go and jump into moving traffic again.

I'm just really surprised that you had to let this one go before anything else, but you gotta do what you gotta do. And I am glad you haven't quit the hobby.

And I thank Jose for this great piece! :woo

It arrived on wednesday and it survived the long way in perfect shape.

I replaced my non-Ex with it, couldn't stand the idea that it would never light up.
