Wich predator will you buy ?

I have the Scar on preorder for the end of the month from hobby link japan for $150, the extra $20 is worth getting it a few months early to me. I did order the Celtic through sideshow though.

I didn't even realise they were up yet. Thanks for mentioning it. I just ordered them both from SSC.
My favorite dealer for Hot Toys (and Dragon among other products) is www.monkeydepot.com but they weren't sure if they would get the Predators or not. I expect now they will, but I just feel better having an order in for these.
And while I appreciate not wanting to wait and placing an order with HLJ, alos a very fine etailer, it's not just the extra twenty bucks per figure, but also approx. twenty more each for EMS shipping. I have to think as of right now SSC is the way to go.

I'd love to have a Predator, but both look quite bad. The waist is far too small for that figure. They both look anorectic! The extra's are pretty cool though. But I'd rather have the classic Predator look instead of the AVP look. What an incredibly bad movie that was

^^^ i agree that the movie was bad, but it was leaps and bounds what i thought it would be. im probably gonna get the celtic predator, but im gonna wait until they are released and side by side pics are up before i decide for sure.

I do use HLJ all the time. I think they're great. I have a Medicom Ultraman classic on the way now. And sadly it was shipped SAL because no matter what I do they change my shipping method half the time which is my one complaint with them. And I choose EMS with every order I place so this doesn't happen. And yet, it happens anyway.

No, they're not actual model kits, they just have to call them that because another company has the license for 1/6 Predator figures. The most assembling you'll have to do is maybe snapping the body together and putting the gear on, otherwise they're just normal 1/6 figures.

Fireside Collectables has these up for preorder at $108 a piece!
I'd love to place my order with them but I don't have the available funds on my card at this time (they do a available funds check when you place your preorder). They also have a cancellation restock fee so I'll have to wait until I have the money ready for them and sure that I'm going to get both. I hope they don't sell out from Fireside by then (crosses fingers)
