This figure is a thing of beauty. I got mine from the Sideshow waitlist yesterday and opened it today. I am not sure, yet, but I may like this piece better than I like my Power Loader. I will get some pics up in the AM.
The jaws (predator outer ones) articulate out and in, up and down, and they open and close. I haven't set it up next to the loader, but I bet it is as tall if you don't add the loader's antennas.

Really? Monday? I got mine from CSC today (Wednesday). Then again, CSC ships from Anaheim CA, and I'm in Sacramento, CA, so transit time is short.

I felt the same way, but just looking at her inside the box is very impressive. She's a huge ^^^^^! She's a keeper. I unpack her if I have time tomorrow.

Man! I need to get some lights for taking pictures of my figures! The pose I put her in was suppose to be similar to the pose the original Predator had right after he took off his mask and roared at Arnold. Sort of a challenge with the arms open, the hands splayed out and the upper torso leaning forward. It actually worked out pretty well despite the fact that the lousy lighting in my office detracts from the little details that would bring that out...LIKE FOCUS!
Edit - One minor drawback on mine, the articulation is a little loose and that makes her hard to stand in the poses. Not impossible, but tough. The mandible on the Predalien's left side is very loose so it won't stay open any further than it shows. The other holds nicely at twice that maw. The wire in the tail is great except that it starts about 3 inches out from thebase of the tail. I am really glad that I chose to buy this figure.

I'm quite thankful that all the joints are tight. Considering the way she stands (pressure on the ankles), it's great that the joints are very tight.

Not the permanent set-up. These figure deserve a hell of a lot better than my closet shelf. But the idea I want to go for is that there are 3 or 4 Aliens attacking Ripley in the Power Loader...at least until Hot Toys gets off their duffs and make mama alien.
