Will the sun fade a collectible in front of a window if the blinds are closed?

Natural light is big time kahkah. I hate it. I have most every window in my house heavily curtained. I have zero light in my bedroom and zero in my collection room.

F U SUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like the variety that nature offers. i'm fine with heat, cold, sun, clouds, rain, snow, light, dark whatever. i can't stand artificial lighting or air conditioning when an open window can do it. artificial reminds me of hospitals.

I feel the same way, I like to know I dont live in a cave. The sun never directly shines in any of my bedroom windows in the afternoon, so a little light doesnt hurt anything in my position.

I put all of mine in a tanning bed just so they all look nice and even.

I have a couple pieces in front of my blinds back home in Florida.... But the windows are tinted and the blinds stay closed for the most part. Seems to be fine

Where can you get these? Home Depot?

I bought mine at Wal-Mart, but I'm sure most places that carry curtains have them or a similar product. Supposedly they block out 99% of light or something.

I can still see light around the edges, but nothing that is hitting the collectibles. And they cost about the same as any other curtains.

Thanks, GB. I'm still considering just moving the one detolf that might be getting hit by sunlight.... could be easier.

I put a short bookcase filled with comics in front of it and put the detolf in my room. I think it looks pretty good this way.
