I wonder how Nova would match up with Thor. They both use lightning of some sort? But Thor seem to have more strength? Somehow, Nova looks like a cosmic Ironman to me.

Nova pretty much died at the end of Thanos imperative - but of course they left it open for his eventual return (same w/Starlord).
