I got a question? Does the Cleaner Kit Version come with all the stuff the first Wolf came with?? The whips and the duel plasma cannons? Or just the new stuff??

No it doesn't. I believe the whips are not included and he only comes with 1 shoulder cannon, but instead he gets the acid glowstick fluid, cool base, and the Exclusive comes with the chestburster!!!
