Can't fault her. Must be awesome to be able to produce that. Wonder how long it takes to become proficient? Suppose it varies. Just started sculpting myself (1/6)...it's a bit tricky.

Thanks guys! It took me about 4 years maybe to get up to this level. Always learning though. And 1/6 scale is really tough I find!

Finished texturing the head. Still have to do the neck and torso so more images to come shortly. Might even do a video...

Amazing work! I know nothing about scuplting and was wondering how the texturing is done? It looks so lifelike in that you can practically see every facial pore...

I guess you are making two different versions of the bust right?
Ripley from ALIENS and Ripley from ALIEN 3 is that correct?

Sorry for the late reply but I wanted to get a mould done before coming back. Delighted to say that it went well and I will be casting her in silicone this week.

This is only going to be made as Ripley from Aliens, the reason she is bald is so that I can insert hair around the hairline and add a wig.

And the skin texture is all done by hand with a wooden tool and a bit of cling film! Just have to keep workin it over til it looks right.
