You're missing my point on the car analogy. My point was that just because you buy something of value DOES NOT mean it will last forever. Use whatever analogy you'd like, same thing.

I find it humorous a few of you are going spaz on me as if I'm Sideshow or the guy who designed the dreads. Guess what? I don't even own the thing. Don't like it? I've got a real easy solution for the select few of you acting as if it's my job to convince you to buy a Wolf bust:

DON'T BUY IT.

A limited collectible which costs around the same as a (crappy) used car, that might not have extra parts years down the line? Not the same. there is nothing wrong with the crown or the mandibles it is what it is.
Fair enough you dont like it but your not going to like every girl you meet either. You are obviously more attracted to the P1 design and can't handle
change. But anyway who cares it was a crap movie that will be forgotten
in the years to come.

Don't get me wrong, hell yes it sucks that some dreads are getting broken. For $900 EVERYTHING "should" be all good. I stated that even though yeah it sucks, Sideshow is there to make it right. I'm just not a fan of being attacked as if I just punched a baby just because I offered a suggesstion/opinion. (Not saying you in particular.)

Sideshow SHOULD have done more testing on the durability of the dreads. It irks me that I haven't heard anyone say that they came with... I don't know, a 'care sheet' explaining what they are made of, and how to properly take care of them (and for that reason, I'm assuming they didn't, and also for the reason no one seems to know anything about the dreads). I'd think for $900 they could spring for a damn piece of paper in the box telling the customer who just dropped some major change on it how to not have it turn into a bald Pred in a few years.

No, ADI didnt even create a Predator that looked like a Predator....and its not just P1, its P2. I'll welcome change, like that of P1 vs P2...but ^^^^ anything else. ADI sucks at Aliens and Predators.

Looking at those busts, (both awesome by the way) I could only think of one thing, "WTF do Predators eat?!" They don't have any molars or incisors which means chewing and cutting is out. Are they just blood drinkers? That'd make more sense, I guess.

Looking at those busts, (both awesome by the way) I could only think of one thing, "WTF do Predators eat?!" They don't have any molars or incisors which means chewing and cutting is out. Are they just blood drinkers? That'd make more sense, I guess.

I'd assume that the mandibles would be for ripping and tearing of whatever it was they'd be eating, the teeth, probably much of the same.

The snake-like (or 'gina-like) hole, looks pretty flexible, I'd bet that if the creature were real, it'd probably eat larger chunks of whatever due to not really being able to 'chew'... I just look at it's mouth, and really think it's got to be similar to how a snake would eat.

I've got both busts,
I like both busts equally,
the missing mandible on wolf still bugs me, even though it's screen accurate.
but if I had to choose one to rescue if my house was on fire it would be the P1.

They have five digits on each hand, are ridiculously strong, and could easily rip 'food' apart with their bare hands - they've got no reason to need to eat anything whole.
